I used to require about four beers or two strong mixed drinks or about three shots before I felt anything. But then I got poor and couldn't afford anything so my tolerance went down. Now about two beers gives me a nice buzz. I am particularly fond of polishing off a bottle of wine on my own but that gets me stumbling around and sometimes I like being able to navigate stairs.

all depends on the mood i'm in.. 4-6 for a good buzz, 12 for a good drunk, 24 for borderline black out. best night of drinking for me was a 24 of Canadian and 2 rum and coke's no hurl but very hung over next morning
