I do apologize about our fans, our ftball team brings out the worst in us (and the bars open at 6:00am so yes our student population was drunk at the morning game).

And yes u *can* get drinks a the bar when you are underage if you aren't rocking the 14yr old stash and your voice doesn't crack while ordering (most bartenders are lazy)

the real reason I hate IU is the HYPR gym. I play in tournaments all the time in there and it is a depressing shack of a rec center

The HPER is our auxiliary gym. The SRSC is a really amazing facility, actually. Last I heard, it was nationally-ranked for student health centers.

but either way, Minnesota is the most kickass state. best variety. coniferous/deciduous forests, and some fields IOWA is crazy about.

all those states that claim to have ten thousand different forms of beauty or 10,000 lakes and 2 kinds of tree-ed forests sound lame.

Hey Booty critic, IOWA also allows teenie-boppers in the bars (19yrs old) but imo its kinda stupid, who wants to hang with teenie boppers begging for u to buy drinks? Especially now that im older, I prefer bars that are strictly 21 and over

and I can vouch for WV being one of the worst us states.

All the people over 21 seem to be anti-everything that isn't white, heterosexual, and christian, and we get so much snow.

You guys don't even know, washington got a foot and was in a state of emergency, and I have about 3 foot outside and we might have school tomorrow.

Add that to the hillbilly mentality and it's the perfect storm of horrible place.

I think it is a beautiful state, I like the fact you can buy beer at gas stations (like IOWA, unlike PA = Beer distributors sucksora)

and there college basketball team is pretty dern good

Virginia you can buy beer at gas stations as well.

Our basketball team is actually good this year, but that's the first time in like 20 million years.

We do have some good scenery though, especially up here on the mountains. Even if I sometimes hate the snow, driving down some roads with trees covered in snow overlooking the mountains is pretty cool.

Reasons why Illinois is the crown Jewel of the midwest

1. Chicago
2. The blackhawks
3. Our state school lets 19 yr olds legally go to the bars (of which i have taken full advantage)
4. Indiana is the home of the KKK, and that shit scares me
5. We are not wisconsin
6. We have a legit waterfront and club scene
7. Iowa is 95% corn 5% awesome. (never met a person from iowa who i didnt like)
8. Illinois is only 50% corn 40% douchebags 10% awesome

and yeah, nothing else really needs to be pointed out... because Michigan pwns Illinois...
